煤矿架空乘人装置的性能优劣,对煤矿的劳动生产率和煤矿职工的井下行走安全有着直接的影响,而通常的架空乘人装置的概念设计以及设计方法还是以物理样机试验、制造方法为主,尚未使用动态仿真以及优化等现代化的设计方法。把仿真技术和优化设计方法引入到架空乘人装置设计里来,以期提高产品质量,缩短开发周期,提升产品市场竞争力,减少研发成本。
