对邯钢7号高炉炉役后期生产管理实践经验进行了总结。阐述了7号高炉以加强原燃料质量管理、控制合理的操作炉型、监控炉缸活跃程度、保持铁口稳定等为核心的生产基础管理体系,以定期监控水质、增加炉缸热电偶数量、监控炉缸炭砖残厚、完善炉缸炭砖监控标准等为重点的冷却系统监控体系,并总结了成功处理炉缸侧壁温度升高的经验。目前7号高炉炉底炉缸温度基本稳定,2016年日产量5150t/d,焦比330kg/t,燃料比517kg/t。
