目的了解长链复合季铵盐消毒液杀菌效果和毒性等消毒相关性能。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验过滤冲洗法进行鉴定和动物实验方法进行了实验观察。结果用含1233 mg/L长链季铵盐活性物总量的该消毒液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用5 m in,可达到完全杀灭。用相同浓度的消毒液擦拭物体表面和浸泡衣物5m in,对自然菌平均杀灭对数值均大于1.0。该消毒液急性经口毒性试验LD50值>5000 mg/kg体重,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞试验结果阴性;有效浓度的该消毒液对完整皮肤无刺激。结论该长链复合季铵盐消毒液对细菌繁殖体杀灭效果较好,属于无毒级物质。
Objective To understand the bactericidal effect and toxicity of long-chain compound quaternary ammonium disinfectant disinfection-related properties. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test using a suspension filter filtration method for identification and experimental methods of animal experiments were observed. Results The disinfectant solution containing 1233 mg / L of long chain quaternary ammonium salt was completely killed for 5 min in S. aureus and E. coli. With the same concentration of disinfectant wipe the surface of the object and soak clothing 5min, the average kill logarithm of natural bacteria are greater than 1.0. The disinfectant acute oral toxicity test LD50> 5000 mg / kg body weight, mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte test results negative; effective concentration of the disinfectant on the whole skin without stimulation. Conclusion The long-chain compound quaternary ammonium disinfectant has a good killing effect on bacterial propagules and belongs to non-toxic substances.
