In this paper, rapid detection methods of drinking water, surface water, hospital tuberculosis in sewage by PCR were studied. After the first set of bacteria, PCR amplification using the method, the minimum detectable amount of 44cfu · ml-1, the recovery rate of 75% or more. And be able to report the results within 1 day, than the conventional Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture on Roche medium 56 days after the identification method, fast, accurate and sensitive
