爱德华·李·桑代克是美国心理学家、教育心理学的创始人。桑代克学习理论认为,学习是个体在刺激反应下联结的组成,对于操作型的学习行为作用明显,对事物的学习应遵循三大定律:准备率、练习率、效果率。在钢琴弹奏及教学活动中,以桑代克学习理论为指导,运用三大学习定律的教学策略,可以有效提高学习效率,达到事半功倍的作用。文章结合第二卷桑代克关于学习的理论,在了解此理论观点的基础上,探究与钢琴学习行为的交叉点,以理论指导学习,以期推动钢琴学习活动的进程。
Edward Lee Thunderbird is an American psychologist and founder of educational psychology. Thorndike learning theory that learning is the individual under the stimulus response to the composition of the obvious role for the operation-oriented learning behavior, learning to follow three rules: preparation rate, exercise rate, the effect rate. In the piano playing and teaching activities, guided by Sonderk Learning Theory, using the teaching strategies of the three learning laws can effectively improve the learning efficiency and achieve a multiplier effect. Based on the theory of learning from the second volume, Thompson explores the intersection with piano learning behavior based on the understanding of this theoretical point of view, and guides the study with theory in order to promote the process of piano learning activities.
