预制构件钢底模合理结构型式的选择

目前,我国倾斜构件普遍采用钢模板平法生产,钢底模的骨架杆件按传统结构方案的纵横轴线布置进行设计。实践证明,这种结构方案不符合模板在运行中的实际受力状况,抗弯刚度有余,抗扭刚度不足,而且用钢量偏大。采用这样的传统底板,导致制品超过规范允许的平整度要求,使构件质量下降,甚至出现工艺裂缝。为了选择底模的合理结构型式,我们在对底模的支承状态进行分析的基础上,提出五种结构型式的底板进行变形对比试验,现将分析和试验结果分述如下。一、底模使用时支承状态的分析在我国,生产水平较高的构件厂生产工艺基本上采用两种方式:一种是传送流水进窑养护,另一种是机组流水坑式养护。不 At present, China’s inclined members generally adopt the steel template production method, and the skeleton members of the steel bottom mold are designed according to the vertical and horizontal axis layout of the traditional structural scheme.
