他是个‘数学男’,因喜爱美食却阴差阳错开了家小餐馆,无论在纽约曼哈顿、东京银座还是在巴黎、法兰克福,到处都能看到‘熊猫快餐’的标志,日前,美国《福布斯》杂志公布了2012年全美400大富豪排行榜,他名列其中。自幼喜欢美食的程正昌从事餐饮业,是有“家族遗传”的。他出生在江苏扬州一个厨师家庭,老爸程明才厨艺精湛,早年还担任过蒋介石的厨师。程正昌起初并没有“子承父业”。他5岁离开扬州,13岁移居日本,18岁到美国。1970年,他从美国贝克大学取得了数学学士学位,两年后又在密苏里大学获得硕士学位。
