Liang Qichao, Zi Zhuo Ru, No. Ren Gong, an outstanding politician and educator in the late Qing rejuvenation movement. In 1895, Liang Qichao wrote a letter to Emperor Guangxu in Guangdong on behalf of Guangdong citizens. He supported Kang Youwei’s “reform” and advocated change in law. This is the famous “bus letter” in history. In the “Hundred Days Reform” period, Liang Qichao presided over the translation affairs of the Imperial College and participated in the confrontation. After the failure of the reform, Liang Qichao fled to Japan to set up Xinmin Communique and tried his best to introduce and promote Western culture to the people.
