翻转课堂是指学生在课外完成知识的学习,而课堂变成了老师与学生之间、学生与学生之间互动的场所,包括答疑解惑、知识的运用等,从而达到更好的教育效果。我将从以下几个方面阐述翻转课堂在《应用文拟制与办理实训教程》中的教学策略与实施:职业院校现有教学模式的优点与弊端;职业院校运用翻转课堂教学模式的优点;具体的实施程序;翻转课堂的实践思考。
Flip classroom refers to the students to complete the study of knowledge outside of class, and the classroom into a teacher and student, student and student interaction between the place, including Q & A, knowledge, and so on, so as to achieve better educational effect.
