开展了超载和氯离子侵蚀共同作用下RC梁的抗弯破坏试验,研究了荷载等级对RC梁钢筋锈蚀率、挠度以及剩余承载力的影响。首先,进行无氯离子侵蚀作用梁的抗弯极限承载能力试验,并基于规范对挠度的规定确定了RC梁超载状态与正常使用荷载状态之间的界限。在此基础上,采用电化学的方法实现钢筋的加速锈蚀,并进行了正常使用荷载状态及两级超载作用下RC梁受氯离子侵蚀后的抗弯试验。结果表明,超载对钢筋的腐蚀,挠度的增长有放大作用,对承载力的减小有着明显的影响。实际工程中的结构绝大多数都是承受荷载与腐蚀的共同作用,在对结构进行耐久性评估时,应同时考虑以上两种因素。
The flexural damage test of RC beams under the combined action of overload and chloride ion erosion was carried out. The influence of load level on the corrosion rate, deflection and residual capacity of RC beams was studied. First of all, the test of ultimate bending resistance of beams without chloride ion erosion is carried out, and the stipulation of the deflection based on the rules determines the boundary between the overload state of RC beams and the state of normal service load. On this basis, the accelerated corrosion of steel bars was achieved by electrochemical method, and the bending test of RC beams subjected to chloride ion erosion under normal service load and two-stage overload was carried out. The results show that overloading has an obvious effect on the growth of corrosion and deflection of steel bars, and has obvious influence on the decrease of bearing capacity. The actual structure of the vast majority of projects are to bear the common role of load and corrosion, in the durability of the structure assessment, should also consider the above two factors.
