“一带一路”对国内来讲,是我国一项十分重要的发展战略;对国外来讲是一个合作倡议。俄罗斯是大国,是中国的最大邻国,又是我国主要战略合作伙伴,六条经济走廊有三条要经过俄罗斯。这些因素决定了中国通过实施“一带一路”战略加强与俄罗斯经贸合作的重要性。近年来国际关系发生了很大变化,有两个问题值得关注:一是随着特朗普当选美国总统,国际关系中出现很多变数,中美俄三国关系走势存在不少不确定因素;二是近几年来“逆经济全球化”与“反对贸易自由化”思潮日趋发展。在此背景下,在研究中俄经贸合作问题时,需要有新的大的国际视角,这样才能把握今后中俄合作关系发展趋势。 “Belt and Road” is a very important development strategy for our country and a cooperation initiative for the rest of the world. Russia is a big power, China’s largest neighbor and a major strategic partner of our country. Three of the six economic corridors go through Russia. These factors determine the importance of China in strengthening economic and trade cooperation with Russia through the implementation of the “Belt and Road” strategy. In recent years, great changes have taken place in international relations. There are two issues worth noting: First, with Trump’s election as president of the United States and many variables in international relations, there are many uncertainties in the relations between China, the United States and Russia. Second, In recent years, the trend of “opposing economic globalization” and “opposing trade liberalization” has been increasingly developed. Against this background, studying the Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation requires a new and large international perspective so as to grasp the development trend of the future Sino-Russian cooperative relations.
