现在媒体各方面竞争激烈,竞争也变的多元化,在这样的条件背景下,广播节目编辑的工作内容和广播节目编辑的形式也在不断的变化,在常规节目编辑之外还增加了广播联盟、报刊、电视以及新媒体整合编辑。广播编辑要适应媒体竞争转型新要求,增强自身能力实现跨界融合,开拓新的策划方式,积极创新,强力整合新闻资源,努力改良节目编排,改善节目类型,及时跟踪新闻热点,做强广播评论。广播编辑要适应全媒体时代的挑战,立足本职,突破自我,创造精品,满足观众的需求通过编辑技能提升业务突破,打造符合时代要求,彰显广播特色和传媒特色的广播节目,改善广播节目提升影响力。本论文就是基于这个主题为中心,进行阐述的。
