利用胚珠培养技术使早熟桃新端阳(Amsden june)盛花后48天的极小原胚增大并萌发,研究了影响胚珠培养成苗的有关因素。结果表明:改良SH培养基附加4%蔗糖最适于胚珠培养,成苗率为60%,胚珠培养基固体状态优于液体状态。移栽入土存活率为70%。这为用极幼小原胚培养极早熟桃品种提供了简而易行的方法,可用于改进早熟桃的育种工作。
Using embryo culture technique, the minimal embryo 48 days after the flower of the early-maturing New Jersey peach (Amsden june) was increased and germinated, and the factors affecting the seedling culture of the ovule were studied. The results showed that the modified SH medium supplemented with 4% sucrose was the most suitable for ovule culture. The seedling rate was 60%, and the solid state of ovule culture medium was better than that of liquid. Transplanting soil survival rate of 70%. This provides a simple and easy way to grow very early peach cultivars with very young embryos that can be used to improve the breeding of precocious peaches.
