建立了往复泵自动阀运动的二阶微分方程组,并用龙格-库塔法由计算机求得阀运动的数值解。研究了阀簧参数和泵转速对泵容积效率的影响,得到了泵容积效率随阀簧刚度、初始长度和泵转速变化的规律,对提高植保机械用泵的容积效率有参考价值。
The second order differential equations of the movement of the reciprocating pump automatic valve were established and the numerical solution of the valve movement was obtained by computer with Runge-Kutta method. The effects of valve spring parameters and pump speed on pump volumetric efficiency were studied. The law of pump volumetric efficiency changing with the valve spring stiffness, initial length and pump speed was obtained. It is of great value to improve the volumetric efficiency of pump used in plant protection machinery.
