管子法兰焊接在造船管系安装中占有很大比重。为了实现管子法兰焊接自动化,我们在亚洲焊条厂、上海机床附件二厂和烟台机床附件研究所等单位的支持下,试制成功了旋转机头管子法兰自动焊机,并采用管状焊丝二氧化碳保护焊接工艺。它适用于2.5~6时黑铁管和镀锌管的法兰焊接。影响管子法兰焊接工艺的质量和生产率的主要工艺参数是焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速度、气体流量和气体与焊丝的输送情况。

The main process parameters that affect the quality and productivity of the pipe flange welding process are the welding current, arc voltage, welding speed, gas flow and gas and wire delivery.
