在28年生杉木林分内作不同季节伐木和环状剥皮的试验,研究伐桩不同时期萌芽中内源激素动态.杉木伐桩休眠芽萌发与温度有关,温度条件影响激素的合成,制约伐桩萌芽能力;同时,激素的动态平衡也影响伐桩萌芽数量.休眠芽萌发中存在一最适GA/ABA比例,当休眠芽内GA/ABA达到此值时,CTK/IAA值较大,伐桩休眠芽表现出高萌发力.
In 28-year-old Chinese fir stands were harvested for logging and ring-peeling in different seasons, and the dynamics of endogenous hormones in different stages of stumping were studied. The pine bud stump dormancy bud germination is related to the temperature. The temperature conditions affect the synthesis of hormones and restrict the sprouting capacity of stumps. Meanwhile, the dynamic balance of hormones also affects the number of stump sprouts. There was an optimal ratio of GA / ABA in germination of dormant buds. When GA / ABA in dormant bud reached this value, CTK / IAA value was larger and dormant buds of stumps showed high germination force.
