信息公开是近代发展起来的制度形态,是政治民主和法治条件下的产物,在我国又可称为政府信息公开或政务公开,政府信息公开已成为透明政府的必要条件之一,信息公开的目的在于保障公民的知情权,适应加强廉洁政府的建设需要,我国积极建立了一系列的政府信息公开制度和实施办法。目前,我国政府信息公开制度还不是十分的稳定和完善,仍然需要进一步的建设和完善。 Information disclosure is a system form developed in the modern times.
