目的探讨在CT引导下经皮穿刺肝内不同剂量、不同浓度与不同温度乙醇注射对兔肝脏损伤的情况。方法取健康新西兰兔54只,以随机分组进行肝内乙醇注射,各组分别于术后次日、1周、2周取材病理检查,并于术前及术后1、3、7、10和14d耳缘取血生化检查与影像学观察。结果乙醇浓度与注射总量对兔肝内凝固灶大小均有影响,两者之间存在交互作用。病理光镜检查肝内灶呈典型凝固性坏死。生化检查肝功能损害呈一过性。结论该方法对肝脏损伤小,安全、可行。
Objective To investigate the liver damage caused by different doses of ethanol and different concentrations of ethanol under the guidance of CT in the liver of rabbits. Methods Totally 54 healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into groups and received intrahepatic ethanol injection. The pathological examination was made on the following day, week 1 and week 2 in each group, and the preoperative and postoperative 1, 3, 7, 10 and 14d ear margin blood biochemical examination and imaging observation. Results Both ethanol concentration and total volume of injection had an effect on the size of intrahepatic coagulation in rabbits, and there was interaction between them. Pathological light microscopy of liver lesions showed typical coagulation necrosis. Biochemical tests showed a transient liver damage. Conclusion The method of liver damage is small, safe and feasible.
