合理设计和编排学生座位,对改善学生学习环境,加强教学常规管理,促进学生身心健康,优化学生整体素质,都有着非常重要的意义。本文拟对中小学班主任编排学生座位的误区做出简要分析,在科学编排座位原则的指导下,根据教学目标和任务以及学生身心发展的需要,综合运用多种编排方式,最优发挥各种座位模式组合对教学及学生身心和谐发展的积极作用。
The rational design and arrangement of student seats is of great significance in improving the student learning environment, strengthening the routine management of teaching, promoting the physical and mental health of students, and optimizing the overall quality of students. This article intends to make a brief analysis of the misunderstandings of the arrangement of student seats by the headteachers of primary and secondary schools.
