中国城市博物馆的实践创新推进了中国博物馆事业的发展。在管理上,确立了“以人为本”“市场营销”“服务社会发展”的理念;建立了以“创新”和“发展”为导向的体制机制;强化了“中心馆”的作用,催生了“博物馆群”。在业务上,形成了时间与空间的延展、物质与非物质兼容、生态与体验的强调、特色与品牌的打造等特色。在服务上,通过“走出去”“请进来”“网上博物馆”等活动和方式,使博物馆的社会作用得到了更加充分的发挥。
The practice innovation of China City Museum has promoted the development of Chinese museum. In management, we have established the concept of “people oriented”, “marketing” and “serving the social development”; established the institutional mechanism oriented by “innovation” and “development”; strengthened the “Central Museum ” role, gave birth to “museum group ”.
