This article summarizes the clinical features of patients with endometrial cancer below 4 years of age. The clinical data of 52 patients with endometrial cancer under 4 years of age from 52 patients in Peking Union Medical College Hospital were retrospectively analyzed and divided into groups of ≤35 years old (group A, n = 17) and 35 ~ 45 years old (group B , 35 cases) for comparative analysis.
