针对工程移民管理信息化建设的现状,提出以基于GIS的分布式处理技术为指导,采用.Net分层架构技术构建工程移民管理系统。阐述基于抽象工厂的分层架构体系,以解决数据库变更导致系统不兼容的问题;设计多级树模型,以解决移民实物指标动态管理的问题;重点探讨采用分布式空间数据库技术实现海量时空数据的高效存储管理,从而便于完成复杂的地理计算,解决移民工作中的规划决策问题。该系统具有通用、友好、灵活和方便扩展等特点,已经在浙江省华东勘测设计院成功投入使用。
Aiming at the status quo of information construction of project resettlement management, this paper proposes distributed management technology based on GIS as a guide and the construction of project resettlement management system using .Net hierarchical architecture technology. The system is universal, friendly, flexible and easy to expand features, has been successfully put into use in Zhejiang Province East China Survey and Design Institute.
