目的探讨适合耐湿耐热的硬式内镜器械的清洗消毒方法。方法 20套耐湿耐热的硬式内镜器械及附件,随机分成A组和B组,A组采用手工清洗和加酶超声清洗,再手工清洗的方法;B组采用硬式内镜专用清洗架,入串联式四腔清洗机进行清洗。结果 B组的清洗消毒质量合格率和器械功能完好率均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用硬式内镜专用清洗架,入串联式四腔清洗机进行清洗的方法,能提高其清洗消毒的质量和器械功能的完好率。
Objective To investigate the method of cleaning and disinfection of hard endoscopic instruments suitable for heat and moisture resistance. Methods Twenty sets of hard-wearing endoscopic instruments and accessories were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was treated with manual cleaning and enzyme-assisted ultrasonic cleaning and manual cleaning. Group B was treated with a rigid endoscope- Tandem four-chamber cleaning machine for cleaning. Results The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection and the function of equipment in group B were higher than that in group A, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The method of using hard endoscope-specific cleaning racks and tandem four-chamber cleaning machine can improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection and the good rate of device function.
