采用尺寸为150 mm×150 mm×300 mm的棱柱试件对聚乙烯醇纤维水泥基复合材料PVAECC进行轴心受压弹性模量的试验研究。采取连续加载的方式,通过应力-应变曲线获取原点切线模量以及一定应力比下的割线模量。对不同试验标准下的弹性模量取值进行分析对比,研究PVA纤维体积分数以及材料抗压强度对弹性模量的影响。试验表明,PVA-ECC材料的弹性模量随材料抗压强度的提高而提高,且PVA纤维掺量对水泥基复合材料的弹性模量有一定影响。
The axial compressive elastic modulus of polyvinyl alcohol fiber cementitious composites PVAECC was tested with prism specimens measuring 150 mm × 150 mm × 300 mm. Taking continuous loading mode, the tangent modulus at the origin and the secant modulus at a certain stress ratio are obtained through the stress-strain curve. The elastic modulus values under different test standards were analyzed and compared to study the influence of PVA fiber volume fraction and material compressive strength on elastic modulus. The experimental results show that the elastic modulus of PVA-ECC material increases with the increase of compressive strength of the material, and the content of PVA fiber has an impact on the elastic modulus of the cement-based composites.
