节气门控制汽车发动机的进气量,节气门的性能优劣直接关系汽车的燃油效率及安全性。节气门位置传感器、怠速执行器和节气门体的耐久性及可靠性是评价节气门性能优劣的重要指标。本测试系统基于NILabVIEW开发环境,配以NI6221采集卡和研华公司的数字I/O卡PCI-1730,驱动三菱伺服电机,以实现节气门开度控制,同时控制FESTO气动装置,模拟节气门实际工况下叶片两侧压差对节气门叶片轴形成的作用力,实现对节气门的位置传感器、怠速执行器和节气门体的耐久性及可靠性的测试评价。
