目的研究缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在人垂体腺瘤中的表达,探讨其表达水平与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系。方法免疫组织化学技术检测60例垂体腺瘤组织中HIF-1α蛋白的表达,结合临床资料进行统计学分析。结果 HIF-1α蛋白在垂体腺瘤中的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01);侵袭组HIF-1α蛋白的表达较非侵袭组显著增高(P<0.01);HIF-1α蛋白在Hardy-wilson分级为Ⅲ+Ⅳ级的垂体腺瘤中的阳性率显著高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ级(P<0.01);HIF-1α蛋白的表达与垂体腺瘤的大小呈正相关(r=0.487,P<0.01)。结论 HIF-1α可能是垂体腺瘤侵袭过程中的重要调控因子,与垂体腺瘤的大小、分级及侵袭性密切相关,其作用机制有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in human pituitary adenomas and to investigate its relationship with the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas. Methods The expression of HIF-1α protein in 60 cases of pituitary adenoma was detected by immunohistochemistry. The clinical data were used for statistical analysis. Results The expression of HIF-1αprotein in pituitary adenoma was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). The expression of HIF-1αprotein in the invasive group was significantly higher than that in the non-invasive group (P <0.01) The positive rate of wilson in grade Ⅲ + Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in grade Ⅰ + Ⅱ (P <0.01). The expression of HIF-1α was positively correlated with the size of pituitary adenomas (r = 0.487, P <0.01) ). Conclusions HIF-1α may play an important role in the invasion of pituitary adenomas. It is closely related to the size, grade and invasiveness of pituitary adenomas. The mechanism of HIF-1α remains to be further studied.
