“过程研修”是以现代化大生产、大科技、大市场的需要为目标,以完成某项工作或全面提高素质为途径,组织专业技术人员在安全生产实践中开展全面、全过程、全方位的知识力开发和创新能力开发活动。其参加对象是指煤矿生产、安全、经营等系列的专业技术人员。 在过程研修继续教育工作中,我们淮北矿业公司石台矿的主要做法:一是开展调研选题。矿职教办负责向生产系统70余名高、中级技术骨干、生产“过程研修意向征询表”,了解其对“过程研修”继续教育工作的需求。然后配合技术部门将意向征询表收集汇总,再对研修课题逐个进行筛选。二是确定课题,开发课程。在确定研修课题
