目的 探讨交变脉冲强磁场 (AIMF)对肿瘤组织的杀伤作用及免疫效应。方法 应用AIMF对60只接种H2 2肝癌瘤株的昆明小鼠作杀伤实验 ,对组织形态学、抑瘤曲线、抑瘤率及免疫指标进行检测。结果 AIMF对肿瘤细胞具有选择性杀伤和抑制肿瘤组织生长的作用 ,对正常组织无明显损伤。各免疫指标均显著高出对照组。结论 AIMF具有直接杀伤癌细胞、抑制肿瘤组织生长的作用。并且对荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能有一定调节作用。
Objective To investigate the killing effect and immune effect of alternating pulse magnetic field (AIMF) on tumor tissue. Methods AIMF was used to kill 60 Kunming mice inoculated with H 2 2 hepatocarcinoma cell line. The histomorphology, anti-tumor curve, tumor inhibition rate and immune parameters were detected. Results AIMF selectively killed tumor cells and inhibited the growth of tumor tissue without obvious damage to normal tissues. The immune indicators were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion AIMF has a direct killing effect on cancer cells and tumor growth. And immune function of tumor-bearing mice have a certain regulatory role.
