Under the conditions of a market economy, enterprises have sufficient autonomy in employing people, and it is entirely normal for some employees to appear to be laid off, wait for posts, and transfer jobs. However, some enterprises in different levels of leadership in the labor management, is often “doing well, or call you laid off.” Obviously, “off the job” is treated as a punishment. There are a number of reasons why employees are laid off. For example, if an enterprise increases the technical reforms, it will allow some employees who are not suitable or have unskilled skills to be laid off or transferred to posts. Some enterprises have temporary difficulties. Some workers must be laid off or semi-discontinued and employees must be laid off. Certainly, there are also a few workers because of poor performance or violation of regulations.
