调头鏜孔是指工作台回转180°,并横移一个固定长度后,使固置工作台上的被镗工件孔轴线两次与镗轴轴线重合,实现分别从工件长孔(多为箱体的同轴孔系)的两端各镗1/2左右孔长,以完成孔的镗削的工艺方式(见图1)。调头镗孔的同轴度是表示调头前、后所镗两部分孔的两条轴线相对位置的一项精度。如以其中一条为基准轴线,则与此基准轴线同轴,包容另一条轴线的圆柱直径,即为同轴度的具体量值。
