国内某厂2台板坯连铸机在生产过程中,发生的粘结漏钢事故全部集中在1号铸机之上。观测发现1号铸机生产的铸坯表面振痕相对更为紊乱,因此结晶器振动状态不良是造成粘结漏钢的主要原因,有必要对其进行检测。设计并制造了一种便携式板坯连铸结晶器振动检测装置,其由数据处理计算机、数据线、加速度传感器组成,同时开发了一套界面友好、操作简便的振动检测系统软件,可对结晶器振动情况进行检测和数据采集,并通过软件快速自动生成关于结晶器振动频率、振幅、偏摆、振动速度、振动位移及轨迹的分析报告,具有装卸简便、稳定可靠、精度高的特点。检测结果表明,1号铸机的结晶器振动偏摆量可达到0.6 mm以上,振动速度曲线不符合正弦函数规律。为此,对该铸机的结晶器振动装置进行了改进,粘结漏钢频率由6次/月降低到0~1次/月。

The test results show that the mold oscillation deviation of No.1 caster can reach more than 0.6 mm, and the vibration velocity curve does not accord with the law of sine function. For this reason, the mold vibration device of the caster was improved, and the frequency of the sticking breakout was reduced from 6 times per month to 0 ~ 1 times per month.
