食堂工作是高职院校后勤管理工作的重点、难点,食堂伙食的好坏不仅关系到广大师生的营养和健康,更关系到学校和社会的稳定。在推进后勤社会化改革的过程中,特别受近两年来物价上涨等因素的影响,一些高职院校食堂出现了许多不尽人意的现象。对高职院校食堂管理工作的研究和探讨,是高职院校管理工作的重要课题之一。
Canteen work is the focus of logistics management in higher vocational colleges, the difficulty, canteens meals good or bad is not only related to the general nutrition and health of teachers and students, but also to schools and social stability. In the process of promoting the socialization of logistics, especially due to the rising prices in the past two years and other factors, many unsatisfactory phenomena appear in the canteens of higher vocational colleges. Research and discussion on the canteen management in higher vocational colleges is one of the important topics in the management of higher vocational colleges.
