乙醇燃料作为一种清洁能源具有可再生特性,在现代社会发展过程中,逐渐受到越来越广泛的关注。笔者就分离自烟叶腐解物的乙醇发酵菌株HN-1的发酵特性进行了分析试验,由生理生化特性实验和分析生活鉴定可得,该菌株确定为东方伊萨酵母,可使用果糖及葡萄糖进行乙醇生产,但无法使用半乳糖以及木糖进行生产,耐高温性良好,具有较高的实际应用价值。
Ethanol fuel, as a clean energy with renewable characteristics, has drawn more and more attention in the development of modern society. The author analyzed the fermentation characteristics of the ethanol fermentation strain HN-1 isolated from tobacco leaf decomposer, which was obtained from the experiments of physiological and biochemical characteristics and the analysis of life identification. The strain was identified as I. orientalis and could be made using fructose and glucose Ethanol production, but can not use galactose and xylose production, good high temperature resistance, with high practical value.
