目的探究分阶段糖尿病达标管理对糖尿病健康教育的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的130例糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组患者进行常规的糖尿病健康管理,观察组患者则进行分阶段糖尿病达标健康管理。对两组患者干预后的糖尿病各项临床指标以及健康管理能力进行比较。结果观察组患者生化指标改善程度显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组在经过健康教育之后,能够达到自我健康管理能力合格的人数均比教育治疗前显著增多(P<0.05);观察组中达到自我健康管理能力合格的人数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分阶段糖尿病达标管理法能够促进糖尿病患者各项临床指标的恢复,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of staged diabetes management to diabetes health education. Methods A total of 130 diabetic patients treated in our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. Patients in control group were given routine diabetes management, and patients in observation group were managed by stages of diabetes. After the intervention of two groups of patients with various clinical indicators of diabetes and health management capacity were compared. Results The improvement of biochemical indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). After the health education in both groups, the number of people who passed the health education was significantly higher than that before the education (P <0.05). The number of eligible patients in the observation group who achieved self-health management was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Staged diabetic standard management method can promote the recovery of various clinical indicators of diabetic patients, and has important clinical value.
