目的通过抚顺市新抚区居民食用碘盐的现状和动态变化,以评价碘盐监测工作是否可以为碘缺乏病的消除、控制提供支持。方法按《全国碘盐监测方案(2012年版)》和食品安全国家标准《食用盐含碘量》的要求,于2011-2015年每年一次对居民户食用盐进行随机抽样监测。结果 2011-2015年新抚区居民户碘盐合格率分别为97.7%、98.7%、98.6%、98.7%、98.7%;2015年检测出非碘盐;合格碘盐食用率分别为97.7%、98.7%、98.6%、98.7%、98.7%。结论连续5年监测结果显示全县居民户合格碘盐食用率均达到97%以上,但仍有非碘盐及不合格碘盐使用情况。
Objective To evaluate whether the monitoring of iodized salt can support the elimination and control of iodine deficiency disorders through the current status and dynamic changes of iodized salt consumed by residents in Xinfu District of Fushun City. Methods According to the requirements of National Iodized Salt Surveillance Program (2012 Edition) and National Food Safety Standard “Iodized Salt Content of Edible Salt”, a random sample of household edible salt was monitored in 2011-2015 once a year. Results The qualified rate of iodized salt of residents in Xinfu district from 2011 to 2015 was 97.7%, 98.7%, 98.6%, 98.7% and 98.7% respectively. Non-iodized salt was detected in 2015; The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 97.7% and 98.7 respectively %, 98.6%, 98.7%, 98.7%. Conclusion The monitoring results for 5 consecutive years show that the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt of all households in the county reaches more than 97%, but there are still non-iodized salt and unqualified iodized salt.
