以粘胶纤维生产废液提取的半纤维素为原料,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵为醚化剂制备了季铵半纤维素。通过正交实验确定了季铵半纤维素的最佳合成条件,半纤维素与2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵质量比1∶2,Na OH用量为原料总质量的5%,反应温度70℃,反应时间4 h时,所得季铵半纤维素取代度可达53.1%。以季铵半纤维素为分散剂应用于钛白浆料,考察了季铵半纤维素分散剂的分散性能。测试表明,季铵半纤维素分散剂最佳用量为浆料总质量的0.4%,流动点用量为0.021 5 g。
Quaternary ammonium hemicellulose was prepared from hemicellulose extracted from viscose fiber waste liquid and 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride as etherifying agent. The optimum conditions for the synthesis of quaternary ammonium hemicellulose were determined by orthogonal experiments. The mass ratio of hemicellulose to 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride was 1: 2, and the amount of NaOH was 5 %, The reaction temperature was 70 ℃, the reaction time was 4 h, the degree of substitution of quaternary ammonium hemicellulose reached 53.1%. Using quaternary ammonium hemicellulose as dispersant in titanium dioxide slurry, the dispersibility of quaternary ammonium hemicellulose dispersant was investigated. Test showed that the best dosage of quaternary ammonium hemicellulose dispersant is 0.4% of the total mass of the slurry, the pour point dosage is 0.021 5 g.
