盐生隐杆于藻(Aphanothecehalophytica)的培养液经透析醇析得胞外粗多糖EPⅠ,藻细胞经热水抽提、醇析得胞内粗多糖IPⅠ。它们均含有17种微量元素。EPⅠ经脱蛋白,IPⅠ经脱蛋白脱色得半精品EPⅡ和IPⅡ。半精品分别经DE-52和DEAE-SephadexA-25柱层析纯化得精品EPⅢ和IPⅢ。它们经纸层析、琼脂糖电泳和DEAE-SephadexA-25柱层析证明为同一组份。红外光谱表明EPⅢ和IPⅢ为同一成份。
Exopolysaccharide EPⅠ was isolated from the culture solution of Aphanothecehalophytica by dialysis, and the algal cells were extracted by hot water. The intracellular polysaccharide IPⅠwas obtained by alcoholysis. They contain 17 trace elements. EP Ⅰ deproteinized, IP Ⅰ deproteinized to give semi-fine EP Ⅱ and IP Ⅱ. Semi-finished products were purified by DE-52 and DEAE-SephadexA-25 column chromatography to obtain high quality EPⅢ and IPⅢ. They proved to be the same component by paper chromatography, agarose gel electrophoresis and DEAE-Sephadex A-25 column chromatography. Infrared spectroscopy shows that EPⅢ and IPⅢ are the same components.
