2000年计算机产品服务用户满意度调查结果显示,在台式PC、笔记本、服务器、显示器、打印机、扫描仪、UPS、Modem等八个产品领域中拔得头筹的生产商分別是联想、方正、IBM、三星、HP、Microtek、APC、致福GVC。其中良好的服务已成为IT厂商竞争力和综合实力的体现,成力消费者选购产品的最重要的考虑因素之一。在获奖的八家企业中,多家厂商已是第二次甚至第三次蝉联冠军。他们纷纷在各自的领域推出个性化服务,如:产品意外保险、上门维修(无论产品的价格高低)及网上维护等。值得欣喜的是,在获奖的八家企业中,有两家公司是国內企业,这说明国內IT生产厂商在技术与产品丰富的同时,开始打出“服务”牌,改变了国外企业一统服务市场的旧格局。获奖厂商对于服务的共同感受是:在互联时代,IT产品服务的特点是以消费者为中心的人性
