目前海底输送原油管线基本采用双层保温结构。分析了双层保温海管设计中锚固件及阻水器的设计原则。介绍了锚固件及阻水器的结构形式、安装方式以及对海管力学性能的影响,并作了经济性比较。最后,对锚固件及阻水器各自的优缺点进行比较分析,给出设计中选用锚固件或阻水器的数量和结构形式的原则。结合陆丰13-2海管更换项目的应用情况,对分析结论进行了验证。
At present, the seabed transportation crude oil pipeline basically adopts double-layer thermal insulation structure. The design principles of anchors and water-blocking devices in the design of double-layer heat-insulated marine pipes are analyzed. This paper introduces the structure and installation of anchors and water trap, as well as the impact on the mechanical properties of the marine tube. The economic comparison is also made. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the anchor and the water trap are compared and analyzed, and the principle and quantity of the anchor or water trap used in the design are given. Combined with the application of Lufeng 13-2 Pipeline Replacement Project, the conclusions of the analysis were verified.
