研究了AKD在TMP中的施胶和留着性能及不同抄造条件对施胶效果的影响。实验表明,在相近的游离度下,TMP手抄片中AKD留着率比BKP中的留着率低。加入一定量的PAE可明显提高AKD在TMP中的留着,进而改善其施胶效果。用AKD施胶的TMP手抄片在20℃下干燥后无施胶效果,需要经过加热处理才能产生施胶效果。在TMP手抄片中加入一定量的GCC填料,可明显提高AKD的施胶水平,但AKD留着率保持不变。其原因可能是由于吸附在GCC表面的AKD分子较吸附在TMP纤维表面上的AKD能发挥更大的施胶作用。
The effects of sizing and retention of AKD in TMP and sizing conditions on sizing efficiency were studied. Experiments show that under similar freeness, the retention rate of AKD in TMP hand sheet is lower than that in BKP. Adding a certain amount of PAE can significantly improve the retention of AKD in TMP, thereby improving its sizing effect. The AKD sizing TMP handsheets dried at 20 ° C have no sizing effect and require heat treatment to give a sizing effect. Add a certain amount of GCC filler in TMP hand sheet can significantly improve the sizing level of AKD, but the retention rate of AKD remains unchanged. The reason may be that AKD adsorbed on the surface of GCC exerts more sizing effect than AKD adsorbed on the surface of TMP fiber.
