中国是一个拥有数千年历史的文化大国,给我们留下了丰厚的自然及人文景观的旅游资源。中国特有的旅游资源吸引着大批国外游客来中国旅游观光。随着中国国际地位的提高,中国的旅游业必将迎来一个崭新的阶段。旅游业的快速发展需要运用多种宣传手段,其中旅游资料是重要的宣传手段之一。因此,在旅游资料的翻译中,我们要尽量融合这种差异,追求两种语言之间最贴切的对等,让旅游者感受异域文化的独特色彩和韵味。文章主要探讨东西方文化差异以及由这些差异所导致的在旅游资料翻译中所出现
China is a cultural powerhouse with thousands of years of history, leaving us rich tourism resources of natural and cultural landscape. China’s unique tourism resources attract a large number of foreign tourists to China for tourism. With the improvement of China’s international status, China’s tourism industry will surely usher in a brand-new stage. The rapid development of tourism requires the use of various means of publicity, of which tourist information is one of the important means of publicity. Therefore, in the translation of tourist information, we should try our best to integrate this difference and pursue the most appropriate equivalence between the two languages so that tourists will feel the unique color and charm of the exotic culture. The article mainly discusses the cultural differences between East and West as well as the differences arising from these differences in the translation of tourist information
