以125Ⅰ-心得静为放射配基,测定完整淋巴细胞β受体。多点法可得到典型单位点饱和曲线。在饱和区选定配基浓建立单位法,测定SD大鼠外周血淋巴细胞β受体的密度。结果28~30月龄鼠明显低于5~6月龄成年鼠。长期口服补气药黄芪有明显上调作用,而长期口服知母甙元ZMS无类似作用。以上结果与老龄时脑β受体降低及黄芪有上调作用而知母生地无上调作用基本吻合。
125I-leproate was used as a radioactive ligand to measure intact β-receptors. The multi-point method yields a typical single-point saturation curve. Ligand concentration was established in the saturated area and a unit method was established to determine the beta-receptor density in peripheral blood lymphocytes of SD rats. RESULTS: Rats aged 28 to 30 months were significantly lower than adult mice aged 5 to 6 months. Long-term oral administration of jaundice has a significant up-regulation effect, while long-term oral administration of Zhimiaoyuan ZMS has no similar effect. The above results were basically consistent with the decrease in brain β receptors and the up-regulation of jaundice in the elderly, but no maternal upregulation.
