本文提出了一种点-线组合热源传热数学模型及其计算机求解和作图方法,以描述激光深熔焊条件下的焊缝截面形状及HAZ温度场。通过对现有的不同形状激光焊缝的初步计算,证明该数学模型得到的结果与实际情况有较好的吻合性。
In this paper, a mathematic model of heat transfer of point-line combined heat source and its computer solution and mapping method are presented to describe the shape of weld cross section and HAZ temperature field under laser deep fusion welding. Through the preliminary calculation of the existing laser welds of different shapes, it is proved that the mathematical model has a good agreement with the actual situation.
