给药组大鼠腹腔注射优降宁、L色氨酸等促进5HT合成并抑制其降解的药物;对照组不经任何处理。用免疫组化方法染色观察5HT及NE神经元在脑内的分布及其神经纤维在垂体及肾上腺内的分布。结果表明,5HT神经元在不给药组中只出现在脑干,给药后,在丘脑下部亦可染出;NE神经元在膈区、丘脑下部、脑干等处均可染出;垂体中间叶、神经垂体有5HT及NE神经纤维分布;肾上腺内可见大量5HT及NE阳性细胞。
The rats in the treatment group were given intraperitoneal injection of gabbanin, L-tryptophan, and other drugs that promote the synthesis of 5HT and inhibit their degradation. The control group received no treatment. Immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the distribution of 5HT and NE neurons in the brain and the distribution of nerve fibers in the pituitary and adrenal gland. The results showed that 5HT neurons only appeared in the brainstem in the untreated group and could be dyed in the lower part of the thalamus after administration. NE neurons could be dyed in the diaphragm area, the hypothalamus, Middle leaves, nerve pituitary 5HT and NE nerve fiber distribution; adrenal mass visible 5HT and NE positive cells.
