在“O”型功率行波管中,慢波线的散热性能决定了行波管的功率容量。本文根据热力学的一维温差方程,导出了由梯形横截面介质杆支撑的开敞型慢波线的热点与管壳之间的温差,此温差值决定了管子的功率容量。用求得的分析式对具体结构进行计算,求得的计算值与实测值相符。文中还给出了几个弹压型及焊接型慢波线的温差数据作为分析比较,为慢波线的工艺设计分析提供了依据。
In the “O” type power traveling wave tube, the thermal performance of the slow wave line determines the power capacity of the traveling wave tube. In this paper, according to the one-dimensional temperature difference equation of thermodynamics, the temperature difference between the hot spot and the shell of the open slow wave line supported by the trapezoidal cross-section dielectric rod is deduced. The temperature difference determines the power capacity of the tube. Calculate the specific structure with the analytic formula obtained, the calculated value is in accordance with the measured value. The paper also gives the temperature difference data of several spring-loaded and welded slow-wave lines as analysis and comparison, which provides the basis for the design of the slow-wave line.
