社会的发展与进步,各个领域的发展都离不开电力的支持,对电力资源的需求量急剧增长,对电力质量的要求也在逐渐升高,是对电力企业的重大挑战。为满足社会对电力资源的需求,应加强电力施工企业建设,保证电力供应的安全性与稳定,强化企业思想政治教育工作,运用激励机制来激发员工的积极性,提升员工的责任感与安全意识,为此,本文就电力施工企业思想政治教育的激励机制进行了分析与探讨。
The development and progress of society and the development of all fields can not be separated from the support of electric power. The demand for power resources is increasing rapidly and the requirements for power quality are gradually rising. This is a major challenge to power enterprises. In order to meet the social demand for power resources, the construction of power construction enterprises should be strengthened to ensure the safety and stability of power supply, strengthen the ideological and political education in enterprises, use incentive mechanisms to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, and enhance the sense of responsibility and safety of employees. Therefore, this paper analyzes and discusses the incentive mechanism of ideological and political education in power construction enterprises.
