用化学致癌剂二甲基苯蒽(DMBA)诱发大鼠实验性乳腺癌及癌前病变的动物模型。研究在实验性乳腺癌发生过程中乳腺组织、细胞形态学变化及其演变规律。结果发现雌性大鼠在给予致癌剂DMBA后乳腺上皮细胞逐渐发生增生、不典型增生,并在此基础上发生乳腺癌。至实验第24周,70%的大鼠发生乳腺癌,其组织形态学特点与人体乳腺癌相似。雄性致癌组未发生乳腺癌。结果提示,DMBA诱导大鼠乳腺癌发生的组织形态学变化与人体乳腺部分良性疾病癌变过程相似。DMBA诱发大鼠实验性乳腺癌及癌前病变可做为模拟人体乳腺癌发生,研究乳腺癌发生机制和预防乳腺癌实验研究的动物模型
An animal model of experimental breast cancer and precancerous lesions in rats induced by chemical carcinogen dimethyl benzoquinone (DMBA). To study the morphological changes of mammary glands and cells during the development of experimental breast cancer and their evolution rules. The results showed that mammary epithelial cells gradually developed hyperplasia and atypical hyperplasia in female rats after administration of the carcinogen DMBA, and on the basis of this, breast cancer occurred. By the 24th week of the experiment, 70% of the rats developed breast cancer, and their histological features were similar to those of human breast cancer. There was no breast cancer in the male carcinogenic group. The results suggest that the histomorphological changes of breast cancer induced by DMBA are similar to those of benign diseases of human breast. DMBA-induced experimental breast cancer and precancerous lesions in rats can be used as a model for mimicking human breast cancer. Animal models for studying the mechanism of breast cancer and preventing breast cancer experimental research
