目的:探讨将PBL教学法应用于实习护生预防和控制医院感染带教中的效果。方法:于2014年7月~2015年7月,随机选取在我院实习的不同层次学历的护生100名,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组50名。对照组采用常规教学方法进行带教,将PBL教学模式应用于实验组,同时对护生进行医院感染知识及相关技能的培训。出科前考核两组护生,比较分析两组护生对医院感染理论知识及技能操作的掌握情况,以及护生对两种教学方法效果的评价。结果:实验组医院感染理论知识成绩及技能操作成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组对PBL教学方法的评价效果明显优于对照组对常规教学方法的评价效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在实习护生带教中采用PBL教学法,能够有效调动护生学习的积极性和主动性,进一步提高实习护生对医院感染相关知识及实践技能的掌握水平。
Objective: To explore the effect of applying PBL teaching method to intern nurse students to prevent and control hospital infection. Methods: From July 2014 to July 2015, 100 nursing students of different levels and internships in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 50 in each group. The control group was taught by the conventional teaching method, the PBL teaching model was applied to the experimental group, and the nursing students were trained in the knowledge of hospital infection and related skills. Two groups of nursing students were appraised before the exam, and the mastery of theoretical knowledge and skill operation of the two groups of nursing students was analyzed. And the nursing students’ evaluation of the effect of the two teaching methods was also made. Results: The scores of theoretical knowledge and skills of hospital infection in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The evaluation of PBL teaching method in experimental group was significantly better than that of control group Evaluation effect, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of PBL pedagogy during internship nursing students can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of nursing students to further improve the level of internship nursing knowledge and practical skills of hospital infection.
