台湾桃园机场联外捷运系统路线进入台北市段采双圆型盾构工法施工。为降低岩土性质的不确定性和风险的影响,所以在项目中采用风险管理的技术以协助工程顺利执行。本风险管理由建立风险管理团队与风险政策开始,于施工开始前进行风险的辨识与分析,并依风险政策发展因应措施。在整个施工阶段则利用巡查、监测及沟通等手段追踪查核风险,并视实际状况启动或调整应变方法。本项目风险管理执行的结果显示,若能在风险因子的征兆出现之初即采适当的处置措施因应风险,可以有效地降低不确定性的影响。
Taiwan’s Taoyuan International Airport MRT system line into the Taipei section of the double round shield construction method. In order to reduce the uncertainty and risk of geotechnical properties, risk management techniques are applied to the project to facilitate the smooth implementation of the project. The risk management begins with the establishment of a risk management team and a risk policy. It identifies and analyzes the risks prior to the commencement of construction and develops corresponding measures in accordance with the risk policies. Throughout the construction phase, we use tracking, monitoring and communication methods to track the risks and start or adjust the contingency measures according to actual conditions. The implementation of risk management in this project shows that the impact of uncertainty can be effectively reduced if appropriate measures are taken at the beginning of the occurrence of risk factors.
