通过进行单螺杆泵特性参数随泵出口管线结构及吸入口管线结构变化的试验研究，绘出了泵的特性参数与出口压力、吸入口真空度的关系曲线。试验结果表明，改变泵出口管线结构，使泵出口压力在一定范围内工作时，流量变化大，而且泵效率较高，可以作为泵调整参数的一种手段；而改变泵吸入口管线结构不宜作为泵的调整参数手段。
Through the experimental research on the characteristic parameters of single screw pump with the change of pump outlet pipe structure and inlet pipe structure, the relation curve between the characteristic parameters of pump and the outlet pressure and the degree of vacuum of suction port is drawn.
